just wondering if anyone has used it in traps and delts and if its worth it i am planing on fallowing big a protocol starting next week. hopefully i see results also is there any way to do it by urself or do u usually need someone else to help i already cant touch my shoulders that easy so its probably gona be hard as hell.

Ive done the delts and Bis, Not the traps though.
Certainly helps to have your own little "nurse" or a training partner
to help with the pinning. some shots a guy can do himself, others would be to hard to be steady. goodluck to ya, its a great product that certainly works.
