Just thought id share something with you guys!

I know probably 90% off you have probably been to bodybuilding expos and what not but for me yesterday was the first time i've been to one and it was immense, seeing the same guys i watch videos off every day on the net in person was surreal! Even my GF loved the day out, i think they only come over to the UK 2-3 times a year so i made sure i went, just got a few pics to share!

Thanks for posting the pics man! Yeah, those expos are fun for sure! Dusty, he is a great guy. Met him at one of my shows...down to earth guy. Evan...never met him but seems like a good guy...he does some of the best posing for mandatories.

Lol, thanks bro. There absolutely huge in real life! A real eye opener for me, but it felt like i was at home man, and bodybuilding is were i want to be. It was a real good day out, and im hoping to go to every one next year!

Thanks dude....Its helped i've blown up alot from comp lol, and i no longer get people saying to me "are you ill"..."why have you lost so much weight" etc etc! Enjoying life and bodybuilding more then ever right now!

Thanks J, always good to hear comments from you.....Yeah hes a real down to earth guy, talked to me alot, i wish the queues werent so mad so i had more time to talk to them. Evan....is simply a beast lol. Him and Frank McGrath together was a real site!

I was thinking the same thing!! They definitely don't make you look tiny standing next to them. You can definitely hold your own! Sent you a pm also buddy.

Lol haha what could you possibly be hinting? lol...okay well its 4.5 weeks from competition. Im 202lbs first thing in the morning.
