Day 1: Quads
Day 2: Delts
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Hamstrings
Day 5: Chest
Day 6: Arms
Day 7: Off
Cardio: Post Workout for 15 minutes
Love to try crazy stuff like blood starving sets, or giant sets with 7 exercises.
I think it's just very important to have fun and work hard.
Nutirition:
4-6 meals each day
Supplements:
Very simple, just protein powder
