I just started back in the gym on Monday and feeling great got the fire back and am ready to train! Body weight is around 213 now still dropping fat . Havent done much cardio dont know if I will need it. I'm 125 days out right now. Stressing on posing and music more then anything at the moment.
Still only running the basics , I will change it up at the 65 day out mark. Tryin to wing my prep on my own for this first one. Research and more research on what to do for the last 14 days .
