blue top, brown top and every other color of the rainbow tops 191, 192 how the heck am I supposed to know what to take now? I thought GH was GH and the only difference was the 191 and 192?

Truth is, everyone is going to tell you somthing different. If they are good people, like most here are, they will tell you what was good for them. They simply can't tell you what will work best for you. It is a controlled experiment. You are the mouse. Listen to what every "expert" has to say before you make a move then you have a body of info to work from. Work within your goals. Learn as much as you can and go for it. Best of luck
