I do focus lot on nutrition, the difference is I can be real lean on 2500 to 2700 calories without cheat meals. On 3.5 IUs of GH, I can eat 3500 calories, add some cheat meals and be just as lean. Since I have a decent appetite and love some cake once in awhile, it is a no brainer for me to take GH.
this. I'm more of an endurance guy who likes to bodybuild. To recover from lifting, biking and BJJ It definitely helps me recover but more I can eat enough to recover and not gain fat, and fat gain is very easy for me.
