Justin Harris "In the Trenches" Training Videos

MD.com has put up a bunch of videos of Justin training with his old training partner Steve Kuclo (two-time NPC teen hwt champ, and 2006 Motor City SHW and Overall champ) training legs at Metroflex in Texas. Justin is 2 weeks out of the USAs in these vids, and Steve is about 8 weeks out of the North Americans. Lots of good nutrion info in the sound-overs.

Just watched em like 10 minutes ago before I saw this post. Extremely good info and training footage, just like his dvd. Seems like everything he does is top notch from his physique to his vids. good luck justin!

Good vid's.

Im pretty excited to be working with Justin for a couple reasons. One, the guy is a hard working class act. Second, i always love learning something new as far as diet and supplementation go.
