can’t a guy just use grape juice?

Remember when karbolyn use to be pretty cheap? I just love the way that it digest. I do about 50-60 grams of it with 10g of EAA.

Well it depends on what digest well for you. I just use dextrose.

I've looked around and Karbolyn is surprisingly still the best bang for buck of clean carbs I can find on the market that isn't a maltodextrin mix. 1 tub Karbolyn $45-50, 1 scoop 50 grams of cabrs 200 calories a serving, 39 scoops. What I've seen from others that are mostly maltodextrin "carbomax" $32 (on amazon) 28 grams of carbs 110 cals a serving, 75-something scoops.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but is grape juice not mostly glucose?
Which is one of the simplest fastest sugars?
Would that not work?
I’m sure cost on that compared to a commercial carb supplement powder would be dramatically less
