3WEEKS..........YOU CAN DO IT. YOU ARE LOOKING TIRED....MAYBE A LITTLE OVER TRAINED.........TAKE A REST DAY AND YOU WON'T FEEL AS BUMMED. I ONLY SAY THIS BECAUSE IN YOUR POST YOU SAY......." I AM NOT NOTICING ANYMORE PROGRESS"....I HAVE FELT THAT WAY BEFORE.......YOU ARE BUSTING ASS, DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING. MOST OF THE TIME A DAY OFF CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY YOU FEEL AND LOOK. < I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND THIS....BUT SOMETIMES A GUY FORGETS BASIC SHIT WHEN DIETING, NOT THINKING RIGHT AND ALL> YOU ARE DOING GREAT.:)

:eek: tired is not the word. I had a carb day on saturday and did nothing but eat and rest and sleep over the normal 4-5 hrs. Feel a lot better. Love to take a day off but too stubborn. Training is changing more blood volume, less about heavy weights, unfortnately usually the worse I feel the better I'll do. I wokeup on sunday afte carb up and man I looked the best so far to this point. The pics I put up are on saturday pre-carb up, so I flat and watery. I wokeup this morning with dryer, and themuscel was actually pushing up against the skin, and I had a nice noticable pump also, in the AM. I believe I have figured out my equation for this show, all I can do is plug and chug. On last week normal dieitng then I start depleting. Let the brain fuzz begin. Thanx for your words, I know the finish line is in site, I just hope I can finish the race well.
