what are some tips to do this? not overstuffing yourself with food (ie. eating smaller meals more often)? drink your protien like phil or VV? wearing/not wearing a belt while training? any exercises?

Alin, are you talking about having visible abs or keeping a small waist? im asking about keeping a small waist, i know that seeing abs is really only a matter of being lean enough...Alin said:Diet is KEY when it comes to midsection. Proper abdominal training is the next step.

km2000 said:eating more frequent, small, nutrient dense meals through out the day. I belive a belt while traing is good (all body parts) it keeps you from breathing out your gut on heavy sets. Also when you are sitting at work on the computer or watching t.v. you should concentrate on keeping the midsection tight and slightly tensed. all of these have helped me to keep a very tight midsectionwile putting on 30-40 lbs in the of season.
