Keeping hair while competing?

I shedded pretty bad for a while, genetics are against me unfortunately.

But ive managed to slow it down close to stopping it with Minox and finasteride.

I buy the kirkland Minoxidil off amazon, and 10mg total of finasteride (if you cant get raw, you can crush up most tablets and add them) and add it to the minoxidil to create your own minoxidil/finasteride topical.

Switch to Nizoral shampoo, wash hair first and leave it in while you wash the rest of your body.
After shower dermaroll if you want to, but i dont feel like it did anything for me, and add in the minox/fina solution to your scalp and thinning areas once your hair is mostly dry.

Some people complain of this making their hair feel greasy, this hasnt been my experience despite having those oily Italian genetics. but ymmv.

If that doesnt keep your hair, then theres probably not much you could have done

What are your thoughts on a Nandrolone-only cycle to prevent hair loss? I know nothing is foolproof but I think I’d rather try that and not compete than go bald.

Finasteride/duta also seems uninviting due to potential ED/other sides

As far i am aware do not use nandrolones when you are on fina/midox i saw a log of a guy who lost so much of hair from this combo.

I tried the spartan first. No real success
But the fleava with the chk-cu nothing is really falling out and some slight regrowth. Hair just feels thicker.
