Diet was eat anything I wanted but I still eat pretty clean.
2 a.m. Protein shake 60g pro
6 a.m. same shake
6a.m. workout
9 a.m. protein shake 1600 cal 70g pro
12-1 pm teriyaki, chicken, rice, flank steak etc..
5 p.m. shake
6 p.m. evening workout
8 pm shake 1600 cal, 70 pro
10 pm 6 egg whites, 3 yolks, a little turkey thrown in
