Kenalog for Hyluronidase for scar tissue

I have a huge two prominent lumps (one in each bicep) that I’m pretty sure is scar tissue since they both have been there for 1.5 years.

I’ve heard of guys using hyluronidase and massage to help but kenalog (corticosteroid) seems to really work. The problem with kenalog is the huge risk of have an atrophic dent from the shot, from not only scar being dissolved but other tissue.

any thoughts on scar tissue (lumps) in areas such as bicep?

Bruiser great question man, as ive wondered the same thing, ive actually used kenalog pharm grade on a damn glute lump, went deep 1.5 inch into it, did 2 shots, didnt help one bit which sucks, im definitely open to trying again or anything that would reduce it

I guess you're lucky it didn't leave a dent because I hear the majority of folk using it had that reaction. Kelog didn't help at all? wow, figured it was almost too good cause it would dissolve scar tissue and good tissue. Where did you get it or was it from a doctor

i got it from a doc, yea did zero nothing, i wish it would have dented it, cus it looks bad, well not really but i think it does

when i used it though it was at least a year after the lump was already formed though so i dunno if that means no deal...

Hylurondaise can cause joint issues since it will eat up all the hyluronic acid it can bind to, I dont know what the systemic release of that enzyme is like how long it can last but playing around with that without more research first could give rise to other unintended problems, get a good massage therapist to break that shit loose its going to hurt but thats life, proly better than what you are proposing in this thread IMHO.

Yeah I have heard it can be but its damned painful, I talked to a chiro who uses these stainless steel tools to massage those things out, I forgot the name of the technique but its got some pain to deal with.
I have a couple lumps here and there I want broken down.

I have read a lot about it and on many boards of people having success with it. Derms use it to hopefully reverse the damage of dermal fillers.

oh ive tried to massage them with a hammer lol. hurt pretty bad but still nothing
