Keto diet and HGH PWO

Hi guys!

If I were to inject HGH pwo doing a keto diet, should I wait 30 mins before taking my protein shake + fat/prot meal afterwards or you can pin HGH and eat after?

HGH is suppose to work even if you eat, since it is synthetic, the only trouble with carbs is that when glucose is present in blood you won't be burning fatty acids, but in a keto diet there are no carbs, so I guess eating protein/fat immediately after shouldn't be a problem.

Any thoughts?

The major issue I see is if you are gunning for weight loss you are Introducing a lot of fatty acids from your food and the gh is releasing fatty acids as well. Are they all gonna be burnt? Doubful. I prefer my gh pre workout this way you a 're utilizing all the fatty acids released from the gh while You are lifting.

Yep, true.

I was gonna split my dosage 3iu morning empty stomach before cardio, and then another 3iu pwo (6h later) followed by my protein/fat pwo meal...

Alright mate. The only concern is that I would pin it 1h after second meal, since my second meal of the day is my preworkout and I take it 1 hour and half before working out, so it wouldn't be empty stomach.

It would look like this:

- 3iu GH + empty stomach cardio (8.00 AM)
- Meal 1 (9.00 AM)
- Meal 2 (11.45 AM)
- 60 mins later 3iu GH
- 90 mins later WORKOUT

Another option could be taking it in the evening before another cardio session, 2h after a meal, that would be almost empty stomach again.

I see what you saying. To be honest any of the three methods will probably yield about the same results ultimately if you talk to a lot of the big boys the most important thing is just to get the growth in your body

I never used GH on a keto diet but used everything else. No carbs does some odd things to AAS rendering then minimally effective. I don't know if this problem happens with GH as well but would love to hear how GH and keto work together.

Gh with keto

Doing it now at 4.5 ius serostim per day. Also running primo ace at 75-100mg day, test cyp at 750mg per day and var at 50mgs per day. A month in on the stack and day 7 of Keto it's working well and I'm not as flat as I usually am in ketosis. Will update in 5 days!
