Keto diet and PWO drinks need some clarification

Hi guys sorry for stupid questions : When on keto diet do you use dextrose in your post workout shake? What it looks like from the article section on hardcore dieting 20 grams of carbs in 4 servings of 5 grams through out the day.

Another question on Post Work Out Recovery Drinks like Size On Anabolic OD
would you suggest mixing it with your protein or taking it by itself right after workout and protein shake in the next half an hour after recovery drink?
 
When in true Ketosis, you do not add carbs, just fats, to post workout shake or any. The carbs you need, fiber only, some from green vegatables and phylium husk fiber. The dextrose will bring you out of ketosis. Learn more about ketosis and you will find that the body can break down, through enzymes, the protien, bcaa for energy. Remember to keep you cardio below 130 hr for 45 minutes. Any higher and the high intensity will begin to break down muscle for energy..

To stay in ketosis limit carb intake to during and immediately post workout. The SizeOn has 31g carbs per serving so just knock it back by itself immediately post and then have a pro/fat shake about 20 minutes later.

Limit any other carb intake to strictly trace.
