Aight, so after quite a bit of research, I started Keto last Wednesday. I've kept my carbs below 30 every day, following diet suggestions I've found in other threads. So far I've lost over 6 lbs. Needless to say, I'm a bit psyched.
Since I'm coming to the first week, I started doing more research into maintaining ketosis properly, and one area where I can't find much consistency is refeeding. I feel like I should limit my refeeds to once every two weeks, but some people say it should be a full day of *only* carbs, where others say you should just hammer down as many calories as possible... and some say it's worthless during the first month while your body adapts and starts using Ketosis more quickly for energy.
What d'y'all think about refeed during Keto? What does your refeed comprise of?
