Ketotifene side effects?

I was gonna add this at 2mg every night b/c I heard it really increases appetite. Think its ok to run this for 4months straight. Its just an anti-histamine but I couldnt find a whole lot about it. Anyone use it longterm, any sides to worry about? Thanks

It will make you sleepy 24/7. Hungry, then sleepy. Not fun. Especially if you work for a living or want to be able to work out hard. You're better off with B12 shots.

I only planned on taking it before bed. It makes you sleepy all the next day too? That sucks.

at 1-2mg per day these effects are not very pronounced.

or just get some provigil
