I have a set (pairs) from 9lbs through 106lbs in my basement (I used to own a hard core gym) Basically I do one arm power cleans and 2 handed pull throughs with the 106lbs. That is it, what a waste. Does anyone use them for cardio? For anything? They're very cool, but I still believe there is nothing like the big 3 (and power cleans)
