What are the results you notice so far from the mecasermin?


Amazing fullness carried throughout the day. This is the leanest i have ever been at 240 lbs. And strongest as well.

I am able to continue to drop bodyfat while still increasing food intake and zero cardio.

I have also noticed very significant strength jumps. I seem to be hitting pr's quite often on damn near all my lifts
