HI everyone! Was asked by KEYTECH to run a log on the mecasermin. Started today (monday 11-11-18). I am 44 yrs old, been training consistently over the last 5 - 7 years, although i did start when i was around 16. I have run around 5 cycles in my lifetime. I just ended a sustanon (500mg / wk) and a ( 300 mg / wk) DHB blast. This was run for about 5 weeks.
My current cycle ** any AAS added will be noted accordingly
200 mg cyp per week * dr. trt amount is 100 mg weekly
3 iu Keytech black top hgh / then onto the blue tops
I will be using the mecasermin at 150 mcg 4 x daily to start and may bump that to 5 x daily. Injects will be taken immediately following each meal.
Other supplements
Nac, tudca, berberine, tumeric, curcumin, apple cider vinegar, vit d, mens one a day multi vit
Current diet protocol = 420 c / 308 p / 104 f
Meal 1 : shake : 2 cups ground oatmeal, 1 carton egg whites, 2 tbps PB = 114c / 77p / 28f
Meal 2 : post workout shake (same as meal #1 w/o pb) = 114c / 77p
Meal 3 : 4 whole eggs and 2 daves killer cinnamon raisin bagels = 98c / 54p / 25f
Meal 4 : 16oz hamburger (90/10) and quinoa/rice pack = 94c / 100p / 51f
Current training protocol : DC style
a1)push, a2)pull, a3)legs (quad focus) , b1)push, b2)pull , b3)legs (ham focus) , day off , repeat
a1 : incline press , upper cable fly, dips, shoulder press, front raises, skull crusher, 1 handed over head ext
a2 : over hand bent over row, underhand seated machine row, 1 arm row, seated cable row, shrugs, hyper ext., preacher curls machine, hammer curls
a3 : hack squat, single leg hack hack squat, leg press, leg ext s/s w/ squats no weight heels elevated, lying leg curl, seated ham curl
b1 : flat/seated press, pec deck fly, dips, side laterals, single hand press down, machine press down
b2 : rack deads, pull ups, pull down palms facing each other, v bar pull down, overhand seated upright rows, 21's (3 sets)
b3 : reverse squat on hack feet wide and low, stiff legs dead lifts, lying leg curl, single leg leg curl, calf raises
** typically almost all training done DC style with an added set of 10-12 reps, on legs the additional set reps will be as high as 25-50 reps
** some weeks sets will be done in standard fashion, no more than 3 working sets, w/ last set being a drop set
