Keytech Mecasermin log

Hello over the next five weeks I will be logging Keytech’s mecasermin product. I have a previous log ( http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/members-logs/146778-strong-look-like.html ) that I will be pausing during this time to log my progress here. Cycle will be 1750test weekly, 700tren weekly, 10iu hgh daily and keytech’s mecasermin product dose at 150mcg five times a day after meals 1-5. Other none muscle building drugs are 2mg arimidex weekly, multivitamin, 6000iu vit d3, 20mg lisinopril, 1/4 cup acv in morning and more than likely 500mg metformin twice daily. Training will be Monday-Friday following an advanced DC type of split. I have a pretty decent strength base from a powerlifting background that I’ve been trying to translate into a better looking physique by changing how I lift, that will continue more extreme in this log. My diet every day during this time and drug timing will be
Wake
10iu hgh, 500mg metformin, 1/2mg adex (Monday’s Tuesday Thursday Friday), 1/4 cup acv,aas shot
1-3scoop shake,1cup oats,16 ounce OJ,150mcg igf
Train
2-3scoop protein,1cup oats,20 ounce can crushed pineapple,150mcg igf
3-8 ounce cooked chicken breast, 1 cup measured dry instant white rice, 1 cup bone beef broth, 1/2 tsp iodized sea salt, 2 cups broccoli, 150mcg igf
4-3 scoops protein, 1cup oats,150mcg igf
5 same as 3 including 150mcg igf, vitd3,multi,lisinopril,500mg metformin
6-6 whole eggs
Before bed 50mg Melatonin
450carbs/462 pro/79 fat

I work in a manufacturing facility making metal so it’s hot and the schedule is 12 hour rotating shift work. I average 60 hours weekly.

Is the 50mg of melatonin before bed a mistype ? I have been using 5mg for a couple of months now and sleep is much better.

Not a typo. High dose melatonin seems to have a lot of good health benefits which is why I’m doing it. That and shift work.

Pump was incredible today. Staying full all day with veins throughout body all day. Great feeling so far. Trying to focus more on movements I feel a lot in the target areas. I’m trained to move a weight from point a to point b and never really mastered feeling it. So trying to fix that now and get more out of less in a way. Keytechs mecasermin is definitely doing something already going by my pumps and how I look all day.

My body is constantly pumped and looks so different while lifting. Focusing on controlling my negatives on most things has resulted in my muscles feeling everything so much more and humbled me on a couple movements which is good. Keytech has offered me some advice to better this as well so I will be adding 5grams of MAP 20 mins before each meal and adding 30grams of hbcd into each shake.

Strong day. Deadlifts were easy. Took a couple months off from doing them from the floor and these felt good. Today (Saturday now) made the changes in my diet that I mentioned a few posts ago so excited to see what that brings. Still staying full and pumped all day. Still pumped as ever. Diet is staying the same and body weight has begun to drop. Feeling pretty good. Cardio has been tough due to my calves getting too pumped so switching to hiit to get it done faster. Igf-1 cycle going quite well.

Will update with past few workouts later but everything has been great. Had some issues last week with how I felt overall and adjusted some supplements and feel great now. Body weight is still dropping some how lol and diet is the same. Strength has been very good upper body especially. Lower body as well but not as fast strength progress wise due to me adding in some higher intensity cardio. But still going up as well. All is going very good.

It's not like you added in Keytechs mecasermin to a cycle youre already on. And the humalog pens?
