interesting study from 2019 I just came across, being born 30-31 weeks pre-term, those results might affect me, and possibly other users as well:

Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes are the biggest kidney shredders. Get those managed, and trend kidney values every year or two to catch renal issues early.

Perhaps a small dose of Nebivolol wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I added 5mg (I split it in half and take twice per day due to the half life) to my 40mg Telmisartan vs opting for 80mg of Telmi.

I am hoping the 2 different mechanisms at play provide more of an impact in overall protection.

Zero sides.

Note. My resting HR was in the low 90 days (I assume due to GH use) so the Nebivolol was one more reason to push me in this direction.
