Sleep well....you are correct that fever can cause the BP and UA issues.

HOWEVER I would get a BP check myself (yourself) at a local pharmacy to make sure you're not suddenly (unlikely but always make sure) deveoping HTN and I'd also get my kidney values and UA re-checked with a doctor visit and good BP check.

YES I think you are fine but YES ALSO I think it's always prudent "to make sure" you are....OK??

Hi Dr Kim! You feel confident in the Publix BP machines? I ate lunch next to Publix and then walked down and did the machine they have. 141/83, did a little shopping and came home and checked it with my Walgreens brand home model. 170/73....WTH? No, I didn't get in a fight with the wife on the way home, she saves those for AFTER I fall asleep.

I said check at the pharmacy because USUALLY they have someone who checks BP's at certain hours....at least near me they do.

I actually don't trust the Publix machines nor do I trust most home BP cuffs-I have my pts purchase medical cuffs.....haven't had to have anyone purchase for years so can look up but don't know the website offhand...I THINK it was stethescope.com but not sure if that was JUSt stethescopes or also BP cuffs......./if NOT Doug, I'll hunt-be in touch.

Tren is often cited as having detrimental effects in kidney health in a direct fashion..


I wonder if this is from elevated Bp, the use of ethyl oleate in many preparations... And/or all of the other substances/binders that were present in the tren from the old school pellets


I wonder if tren from powder, without EO, is as detrimental as it is claimed to be :/

...and blood pressure varies throughout the day with things you may not consider would elevate it. after the nurse does preliminaries, my primary care physician checks it when she comes in and again when i leave. then stops by my home later and checks again (just checking to see if anyone really reads my posts)

if all you have for the next several weeks are those store cuffs, stick to one and also have your wife check hers. measure to see if it appears valid. keep a log, if it's fairly consistent you have something. but i would buy one for home use even if it's not perfectly calibrated.
