If your labs are that bad in relation to liver and kidney function then do not try to fix this yourself. Listen to your doctor and get a definitive diagnosis.

There ARE some things that u can take to ease stress on the liver. I said ease stress not repair. But, once your kidney function is gone ...... its gone. There is no herb or pill you can take to restore kidney function. Its dialysis then transplant.

High creatinine does not necessarily go along with high BP. You can easily have one without the other. However, if your BP is constantly high this WILL lead to kidney damage.

Liver enzymes can be improved through milk thistle/liv cure/sytheck live cure....

Kidneys are certainly more serious... But my GFR and Creatine 1.77 (now 1.11) were out of wack about a year ago. Since then, Ive been clean and been taking BP meds. Ive also been following phils diet and now my kidneys (GFR/Creatinine) are all within range. I was stage 3 kidney disease, now Im fine.

Kidneys DO NOT heal its self like the liver does. But the take away is, focus on your health and If you can get your diet and BP under control, your kidney health MAY improve. I should not be an example. If you keep on messing around with gear, you WILL need dialisis.

Kidneys are VERY serious. Def listen to your DR.

I'm going to stop taking creatine, and go get tested again in a week or so and see if there are any improvements.
