I think Vander is on to something. I've trained with some pretty solid hangovers and my head definitely gets an awesome pump. Sometimes my gut too.

I've done it many years ago, but to be honest the laziness from being relaxed definitely made it not an enjoyable workout. Then again, maybe if I'd been knocking back straight rums... mmm, no. IronMike
