Kinetics of the Parallel Squat

Thought I had tossed it, or lost it, but I ran across
this technical research paper on squats when I was
looking for the Oliva workout I posted earlier and I
thought it would be worth sharing.

And while I don't propose to understand the math,
the conclusions are what I suppose most everybody
who has ever squatted would emphatically know.
