King's cutting/prep log

7/22/20 - Off day - 45 min fasted stairs cardio AM - PM cardio 30 mins treadmil - 3.3 speed/6.0 incline

Earliest i've ever had 2x cardio this far out in prep. Have to keep a real eye on my legs and watch performance. So far so good. My 2 high days during teh week are on leg days. THere is also NO cardio on quad focused leg day.
 
7/23/20 - Push - 2


Flat Smith Machine Press: 1x6-9, 1x10-12 // 325x11, 8 - Kept weight the same as i still undershot my top set. REALLY happy with my pressing strength. Endurance fades on my quick during prep with my pressing strength.
Incline DB Press: 1x6-9, 1x10-12 - 120x12 - 100x13 - Happy with stre/endurance here. Still improving weekly again.
Leaning DB Laterals: 3x10-15 - Feeing this movement out and how my endurance is - Progressively upped the weight each set - 40x15,45x15 - 50x15 drop set 25lbs x IDK 8? :X shoulders were blown up
Prime Shoulder Press: 2x12-15 - Still gauging this movement - shit on me pretty good here - Might rotate out for a hammer strength press - 2P+25x11,7
Prime Pec Deck: 2x12-20 - 190x20, 220x20 - awesoem pump and connection - not really worried about weight here, but i surprised myself
Seated Calf: 3x15-20
Standing Calf: 3x8-12

Multiple PR's during this session. Again, improving reps and weights still. Intensity is key going into each set. Really enjoying training and making these sets as hard as possible - its been a lot of fun actually.
 
Food is getting pretty low. Carbs are very low on non training days. Typically how i like it honsetly. Below is my current supp protocol.

Test Cyp- 200mg 3x per week (Monday/Weds/Friday)
Tren Ace- 100mg EOD
Mast Prop- 100mg EOD
Anavar- 25mg with meal 1 and 25mg with meal 5
Adex- 1mg DAILY with meal 1
Proviron- 25mg with meal 1
T3- 12.5mcg BEFORE BED
GH- 2iu upon waking SUB Q
 
fwiw if I was going to use thyroid medication thats how i'd use it
 
Hey guys - sorry for the lack of updates. Recently promoted and i've never been busier - training has been 10/10 Murdering the log book consistently. Not sure how long i can keep this up with calories getting lowered and 2x cardio sessions 6x a week...but well see! :p

Going to skip a few days and just update from this weeks push log

Push 2 - Shoulder emphasis - Small tweak here - we added a reverse band on the smith shoulder press - WOW!! idk if my setup was different or what - but 100% complete delt annihilation

DB Side Laterals - 50x19, 45x15, 40x13 - I dropped weight here each set - i knew going out the door hard as hell i was going to feel it right away and i did. Very happy here. I'm doing a slight internal rotation which takes my traps out of this for me. Never felt better
Smith Shoulder press (reverse banded) 295x10, 275x12, 275x10 - complete failure - delts were BLOWN UP
Incline BB - 295x10, 265x10 - bigger drop this week on my 2nd work set - i know with my food getting lower my energy is going to slow start to decline - i was right again. Reading/listening to my body and im really hitting the nail on the head here.
Nautilus Horizontal Press - 210x10, 190x10 - gosh. Crazy contraction here. Love this machine. Really forcing my bicep across/into my chest.
Wrist Cuff Side Laterals - 40x17,14 - 30x21 - PUUUUMP
Cable Flys - 85x19, 75x14

Thats a wrap folks. Smoked. 30 mins stairs PWO.
 
Push 2 - Another movement substitution here

Smith BB Rows (VERY strict) 295x10, 265x12,10 - great connection here
Prime Neutral chest support row - 315x12, 295x12, 275x10
Netural Grip Pull Down (wide just outside shoulder width) - really rotating internally here - 170x17, 160x15, 150x13
Rope Pull Overs - 100x12, 90x12x2
Reverse Peck Deck (subbed out - 2 douche bags had 10 sets left) - High Cable rear delt flys - 40x20,14,12
Abs - 4x Rope Crunches
30 mins stairs PWO level 7 - smoked again :X
 
Another amazing session. Endurance kinda tanked on me once i got to shoulder press - Besides that 9/10 session. Bench is coninuging to progress which is amazing for me. Looking a on tighter now. 9 weeks out.

Seated Calf: 3x15-20 -- 3pX15,13,12
Standing Calf: 3x8-12 200x12,12,12 - stupid pump - wasnt looking forawrd to stairs after this - 35 mins PWO stairs dead. Another amazing session. Check ins tomorrow. We'll see if weight is cooperating yet.
