Hey guys - sorry for the lack of updates. Recently promoted and i've never been busier - training has been 10/10 Murdering the log book consistently. Not sure how long i can keep this up with calories getting lowered and 2x cardio sessions 6x a week...but well see!

Push 2 - Shoulder emphasis - Small tweak here - we added a reverse band on the smith shoulder press - WOW!! idk if my setup was different or what - but 100% complete delt annihilation
DB Side Laterals - 50x19, 45x15, 40x13 - I dropped weight here each set - i knew going out the door hard as hell i was going to feel it right away and i did. Very happy here. I'm doing a slight internal rotation which takes my traps out of this for me. Never felt better
Smith Shoulder press (reverse banded) 295x10, 275x12, 275x10 - complete failure - delts were BLOWN UP
Incline BB - 295x10, 265x10 - bigger drop this week on my 2nd work set - i know with my food getting lower my energy is going to slow start to decline - i was right again. Reading/listening to my body and im really hitting the nail on the head here.
Nautilus Horizontal Press - 210x10, 190x10 - gosh. Crazy contraction here. Love this machine. Really forcing my bicep across/into my chest.
Wrist Cuff Side Laterals - 40x17,14 - 30x21 - PUUUUMP
Cable Flys - 85x19, 75x14
