King's lean bulking log

Today’s an off day from the gym for me so ill post my diet as the day goes.

Meal 1: 7oz chicken, 80g Brussels, 8g coconut oil, 40g blueberry, 4g fish oil

Meal 2: 8oz 96/4 ground beef, 125g riced cauliflower, 16g grassfed butter, 75g pineapple
 
Meal 3: 7oz chicken, 80g Brussels, 10g red palm oil, 75g pineapple

Meal 4: 55g whey, 45g pork rinds, 75g blueberries
 
Whoops, forgot meal 6 from the other kight

3 chicken mild Italian sausage
2oz extras lean turkey
26g grass fed smoked cheddar cheese
110g pineapple
 
As you guys can see, my foods are fairly basic and food selection is about the same 95% of the time. Those all digest well for me and I enjoy them
 
Weight seems to be holding a steady aroun day 260 but I feel tighter. I bet I get another food bump this weekend when I check in.

Hit a pull workout last night. Wasn’t a great workout as I trained at a different gym and just wasn’t feeling it. Had to do some different exercises and different branded machine so it was hard to gauge strength.

So far all my pins with the King products have gone the same. Smooth through a slin pin and very little soreness afterwards. The compounds seem to be kicking in well. Strength going up workout to workout, i have that anadrol fullness, and I feel good overal. Curious to see how thinfgs continue function as I grow and add more and more food

Hit shoulders/arms/Quads Friday night. Still stacking on weight on my shoulder presses on a weekly basis. Looking rounder and rounder each week.

Heading down to hit legs with my
coach later today so that’ll be fun.

Weigh stalled it looks like this week and then a big drop this morning down to 255. So I’m guessing I’ll get a calorie bump tomorrow at my check in.

Free meal tonight though. Leaning towards some Buffalo Wild Wings.

Like I said, check in this morning. Made some increases to see if it gets weight bumping up.

Training Macros are now 400p/660c/75f

Off macros are now 400p/100c/125

Pretty big jump here. Should do the trick
 
Little catch up here.

Push workout from Monday. Was able to add 10lbs to my smith presses after struggling for a few weeks on those so I was pretty pumped on that.

Weight bumped up nicely after the free meal Sunday. I hit a high of 267 yesterday. Yesterday was an off day so food was lower and I sank back down to 261 this morning. Hitting a push workout tonight
