King's lean bulking log

A little catch up, work had me swamped and exhausted the last couple days (I deliver furniture). Still got everything in though and managed to gain some more reps on my exercises.

Here’s my back workout from Wednesday and my weak point workout from Friday.

Legs today then free meal.

When was your last show and when's your next?

I Last competed may 2016. Was supposed to compete this past May but stupid ducking virus.

I’ll probably compete at the end of next year or beginning of the year afternoon that. I hate prepping lol

Work has sucked this week, been diving the delivery truck so not a lot of time to text and post.

Update. Weight is consistently around 270 every morning now. Coach didn’t make any changes this week but odds are we will increase some after this weekend.

Any update to what supplements you are taking? Keeping it simple and straightforward I see. It's a good dose but honestly as lean as you are and growing I bet many on the FB peanut gallery think your on a gram of tren lol.
