knee AND elbow pain

any suggestions here? both knees and my right elbow give me pain:(



thinking of picking up some sleeves to train with, i hear TK are good. rest and ice are other options, but the rest part is hard when you go to the gym 6 days a week! i also have a piece of pvc pipe that i use when i think of it on my quads/knee tie in, havent used any rumble roller or any of those. appreciate any help

Got my sleeves from prowristwraps. Makes a world a difference. Deca has helped also
 
I have a theraband roller massage stick that I like. That flex bar looks interesting. Has it helped you out much? I have golfers elbow.

have you tried to identify what exercises are causing these problems, or adjusting your form so it is more ergonomically correct ?
 
good advice buck. Over the years of training I've noticed that if I start having elbow or knee issues I switch things up or change angles ext. I noticed if I use straight bar for awhile and go heavy here and there my shoulders start to bother me so I switch to dumbels and play with the wrist angles and the pain goes away.
 
Thanks for the advices fellas. I picked up an elbow sleeve and am gonna look into using the theraband flex bar too. Now I gotta figure out these knees:banghead:

I squat about parallel and try to focus on pushing through the heels of the feet. May consider those TK sleeves real soon tho...
