I wanted to get some opinions on this as I know the board has some therapists and other knowledgable people. And yes, I will bring this up with my physician at my appointment in 3 weeks.
At times, especially after training legs, my knees are tight. For lack of a better analogy, it feels like I would think fluid on the knee feels, but the joints aren't puffy. In fact, they don't hurt at all. I also know that I can't sit too long with my legs under my body (in my Aikido class) without having to get up and stretch them as they feel tight. Excuse the drawing, but mainly the area in green is the tightest.
