ok, here's the deal. i have have been having some serious knee pain. the x-rays revealed that i have severe bone spurs on the insides of my kneecaps causing a grinding senstion , which in turn is causing major pain & inflamation. my dr. says that he wants me to go to physical therapy & have some rehab work done to help alleviate the pain. pain i can deal with, but training i cannot. will physical therapy help my knee issues or am i wasting my time & money? i don't want to stop training legs. has anyone ever heard of such an injury? i have backed off the squats for the last couple of weeks & have recently put them @ the end of my workout, which is just insane! please give me your thoughts & ideas about how i can end this issue. thanks .........
