Hey guys

I'm tying to figure out what I might have. I usually start leg day with 5 mins light cardio, 5 min stretching and then 3-4 sets of leg extensions and 3-4 sets of leg curls. When I have a flare usually on leg press on my 3 or 4 set in my right knee I feel a sharp pain like there is a small pebble under my knee cap, if I keep doing my reps it gets worse. I dont feel it as much on hack squats. The odd thing is if I wait and do really really light sets maybe after 10-15 mins it goes away and I can go back to heavy presses. Similar on squats I can go 90 degrees and then I feel the pain

Last month I was able to do 6 plates for leg press, heavy, high reps, deep no problem at all. Now 3 plates and I feel the pain.

It cant be an injury and I assume it cant be tendontis (initially I thought so) or else why would it go away after taking it easy for 10-15 mins

Any idea what it can be and what I can do

If you don't think it's an injury or tendonitis, then the only thing it could be is a TUMOR!!!

Honestly, just get it imaged and take the guess work out of the equation.
 
Each reply would be a guess. Go to the doc and get checked out. They will likely do an x-ray and if they think its soft tissue they may want an MRI. Let us know if you go and what they say.
 
Are you running hgh? I went up to 6iu’s and got knee pain so bad I can’t even get through a light warmup set of squats. Lowering down to 2iu until it improves…

What AAS are you using? Not to say it's not physical but there are compounds out there that bring out joint pain.

I think you guys are on to something. I havent used AAS in years however I just started using 5ius GH 4 weeks ago. Ive been using MK677 for years but since I started GH 4 weeks ago it does seem to have gotten progressively worse. My GH cycle ends in a few days so I can see what happens.

BTW I did some light leg work today and no knee pain. Hence why I never got an MRI, I dont think if it were a injury or something it would just go away after 20 mins nor would it be ok the day after. It just comes a goes.

Just shows us how we all can differ drastically. I feel like HGH helped my knee's and they have been problematic for me in the past.

There are many threads on pmf regarding knee pain and hgh.
 
It would be best if you stopped doing the exercises causing this sensation immediately. The point is that it is impossible to say unequivocally what your problem is. It could be a muscular or vascular disorder.

It could also be the destruction of some structures of the ligament apparatus. So to say more specifically, you need to do an ultrasound of the knee joint and an X-ray. At this point, you can take painkillers or anti-inflammatories. To find them, you can look at aptekastore.com. Personally, I find a lot of antiseptics that I use as a throat treatment this way.
