What are the knee supports lifters wear will doing squats? They are not the long wraps....they are the one s you pull over your foot up to knee one piece ..thanks

Try looking into Slingshot Knee Sleeves or Rehband, Both pretty good for moderate to heavy training. Gives me a nice peace of mind when I am training legs, feeling that compression.

I got the elite fts heavys and i dont like them much. I went with a video they put out about how to measure for the right size but i think they either to big or they just bunch up to much and get these creases. Makes it not very comfy and im constantly pulling on them to take out the bunches.

Is my first pair so maybe this is normal.

Honestly I'm not a fan of em, I have hell getting them over my calves and my knee cap is pretty small so they are always baggy around the knee. The way my quads insert above my knee caps just about make them worthless. I just use a couple different brands of knee wraps depending on how I am training that day. Works out well but wrapping does get old. Now I have friends that used to above brands mentioned and they love them. Rarely take them off.

Rehband knee sleeves are prolly the best out there. 7mm thick. Expensive tho. Buy a size smaller than u measure out at.
