What do you guys use? I have some Inzer 2m. I don't use them very often because they help so much, and I don't have knee pain too often. Thinking about getting a lighter pair from Titan.

Well if u don't want very much added assistance don't wrap as tight or u might switch to a knee sleeve it instead. Just enough to keep the joint warm. I use wraps from apt 2.5 m long

Don't go with super stiff powerlifting wraps if you are bodybuilding with them IMO. These are what Titan recommended to me for higher rep squatting in the 300-400 range. Using stiffer wraps loosely isn't the way to go, you want to always wrap them well. Fred Hatfield has a nice article on wraps too somewhere on the net, more for powerlifters though...

That's the wraps I was looking into bro. Did you get a pair?

If u want stiff wraps go metal all black or apt black wraps for looser titan titanium are good even looser go inzer redlines I prefer metal all black they are the best wraps out there

Get some Tommy Kono knee sleeves from EliteFTS.com

They'll keep your knees warm and snug but not too tight, so you end up using too much weight. You also don't have to wrap them every set.

I actually just bought some for my elbows

baby if your the same dude who posted the vid on RX then let your leg heal brotha it will only do you good ,, 1 workout is nothing

I'm with Shelby. The Tommy Konos are great. I bought a pair of elitefts heavy sleeves and they are great for keeping things warm. I get very little out of them, but they make a huge difference for recovery.

Well I have had 4 knee surgerys, so I don't go that heavy anymore . I reall like the Inzer Knee sleeves for general leg work out. There is enough support to make me feel safe, but not a lot of bounce off the bottom so I still feel my legs working. If you want to do some heavy weights Inzers gripper knee wraps are excellent, although they do chaff your legs if your doing lots of reps, IMO.

+1 Love my TK's!
