Knees and shoulders hurting

After long cycle cut back to trt and knees and shoulders hurting like hell. Will this get better and what can I do to help it?
 
Did they hurt before the cycle? That is a strange side effect. Did you lift too hard during your cycle?

Don't take Deca now like some will tell you too. That's not the answer.

Maybe you are a whuss? :p
 
You have likely caused degeneration to the connective tissue. You need to reduce the load and allow time to rest those joints.

if you want any kind of longevity in this game you need to lift moderate poundages. i never do less than 15 reps and at 58 i have minimal joint issues.

Probably just the heavy lifting catching up from said cycle...lower weights and higher reps is where it's at!!!

Also fish oil and super cissus helps joint aches.
 
what supplements are you taking now? Are you still taking AIs? If so your estrogen may be too low...
 
I'm in my 40's and I power lifted for the last 15 years.
I take joint supplements and use deca when on cycle to help.
Take a break and see if the issue subsides. If not, it never hurts to
Consult a doctor.
 
I agree with Tom and Vinny....back off on the weight a little.
 
I've used Deca and NPP with mediocre results in terms of joint health. Nothing I've ever tried not cissus, not glucosamine, not fish oil, nothing compares to the relief I found using the peptide TB4/TB500. That is a virtual miracle for repairing my joints.

I hear where your at, I always trained hard and heavy emphasizing on the bench, squat, dead's and front presses. I am paying the price now. I have lowered the amount of weight I would use and make the weight feel heavier by slowing down my reps and incorporating either super sets or pre-exhausting the muscle before my compound exercises. I don't hit the numbers I used to but I can still train efficiently.

This is the beginning of something not good. If you keep pounding the heavy weights consistently your body will breakdown. Take some time for your body to heal.

Try cutting out all artificial sweeteners and sugar. I did this basically by accident and all my knee swelling and pain and shoulder pain went away. I have severe degeneration in my knee and shoulder due to multiple operations.

Look up aspartameand joint pain. You will see a few studies documenting what I'm saying here. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't have it work for me but it did. Just because something is FDA approved means absolutely nothing. The government just wants to keep us all on drugs, addicted, weak and dependent on them. We are more easily controlled this way.

Look up fluoride and drinking water - then cross reference what the Germans gave the prisioneers in the concentration camps to keep them calm and passive.
 
Did u back off ur uptake on proteins, how often do u stretch?
Some pct chems will cause pain if over dosed...
 
Could be as simple as wear and tear. Were you using Winny?
 
FatBoy how old are you? Like I said a few posts back wear and tear...It catches up to all of us...You have to adjust accordingly. I'm still curious if you were using winny?
 
Plenty of rest. Try buying some knee sleeves, those will help a bit. Theres various exercises you can do to strengthen the tendons in your knees. Esp your IT band. Try looking that up on youtube. Ive had knee pains as well. They generally go away, just be mindful when you train.
 
Get your estrogen checked, quite often low estrogen can lead to sore joints, as can certain compounds like Winny.

A combo of Deca and GH works wonders for joint pain!
