Is anyone else watching this guy on youtube? I recently decided to check out his content then looked at a few resources from physical therapists and his stuff is really good.
I think I'm going to log some results using this guys stuff and see how my knee pain goes over the next year.
From what im picking up, once a month updates seems about right because he states repeatedly that progress needs to be slow on these.
Anyone have any thoughts on this guy?
 
Seems reasonable. I am trying a few things he mentions, probably doing them too often, but my knees are working better. I judge by how walking down stairs feel, box jumps, and squats.
 
Anyone bought the programs? He has so much info, just tricky knowing how to put it together.
 
Listen to his mark bell podcast, consume his free shot, then decide on programs. He’s solid.

I have used him, I incorporated his programs in with my morning cardio. You send him videos on days you do the programming. He is very responsive and has a lot of different exercises. I worked with him for 2 months. My knee is quite a bit better. Overall I would say it was worth it. His strengthening stuff is pretty pedestrian for bodybuilders. The mobility helped me the most. I still use 2-3 of his movements after fasted cardio just to keep my flexibility.
 
His mobility stuff is pure gold!!! ATG split squats bw every session or weighted once a week for me!
