My problem is like almost all drugs out there that you can get psychologically dependent on it, and it will have diminishing effects if you are using it everyday. And at some point you need to jump off. Fortunately, its a couple days of discomfort after a years constant usage. But hey if you have done DNP or PGCL you have the kratom withdrawal licked in my experience.
The older I get the more I realize how much physiology more than psychologically plays a role in depression and a sense of well being. And how we are each so different in that regard. What works for you may not work for me. Untreated low level depression is no way to live.
For training, martial arts, working out, running, or dancing, I actually find marijuana tea a better fit for me short of a dosage that creates insecurities. I do not smoke it as it creates confusion and confusion is no fun for me. I am not sure that its legal where you live but it has some qualities I prefer over Kratom regardless of strain or blend.
