I've read when i was studying ergophysiology that creatine and caffeine dont go together. I dont want to go into further detail i guess eveyone has heard about it, the bibliography and the research was very strict saying about 400mg caffeine would eliminate every creatine related result.
As far as experiences go, many users say they see no difference taking creatine with caffeine or without. And numerous supplement companies stack creatine and caffeine in many supps such as pre workout supplements.
When i take creatine i dont take caffeine, thats what i know, whats your opinion? Strongrhino?
