I'm with Rhino on this as i'm also a nonresponder. i've tried countless companies and spent $$ on mono and i notice no difference than training completely natural.

i know creatine is a "MUST HAVE" supplement to some people but i'd rather spend money on Beta Alanine and BCAAs any day of the week

I've read when i was studying ergophysiology that creatine and caffeine dont go together. I dont want to go into further detail i guess eveyone has heard about it, the bibliography and the research was very strict saying about 400mg caffeine would eliminate every creatine related result.

As far as experiences go, many users say they see no difference taking creatine with caffeine or without. And numerous supplement companies stack creatine and caffeine in many supps such as pre workout supplements.

When i take creatine i dont take caffeine, thats what i know, whats your opinion? Strongrhino?

I have tried both Monohydrate and Kre Alkalyn creatine - the first gave me an upset stomach and the second did nothing for me. I currently am using a concentrated creatine (Con-cret) - great results so far - good strength gains and endurance. You dose my body weight. (1 scoop/100lbs) Have increased all my weights since taking it. It rocks!

Creatine mono, has proven to be the best for me. It gets me a couple of pounds in water retention, that has really proven to help me out for joint protection during heavy workout periodiozation periods. I am currently tryin Cre-Aklyn and so far pretty good...but I miss the water retention, I had better numbers on lifts.
