Has anyone tried this? I am trying to feel more energy throughout the day and maybe some stress relief. But some of these nootropics worry me. I dont want to feel weird or get addicted. I got all fucked up on Tiaptine Sodium I think it was called.

Yes it’s nice but don’t expect benzo like effects. You won’t feel wired or become addicted to it.

Phenibut is another story tho.

I use ashwaganda a lot….I do think it helps with stress and anxiety….i don’t think you have to worry about getting addicted to it.

I take Ashwaganda for anxiety. KSM-66 makes me kinda wired. Sensoril is nice in the evenings.

I take Ashwaganda daily and it's allowed me to cut my paxil dose in half , I still get good anti anxiety effects but not the blank emotionlessness that a full dose of paxil causes

I used Ashwaganda to deal with stress. As i worked the graveyard shift for years and would change my sleep schedule a couple times a week. And seemed to do better then the other guys i worked with. But there is more to it then just taking Ashwaganda

I take one a day , I think they are 450mg
Last contest prep I took it 2x a day and think it definitely helped with sleeping better.
It's nice because for me there isn't any side effects , even taking 2 a day. Several people I know take it now up to 3 cals a day

Same here…..I take one or two caps daily and mine are also 450 mg per cap and during contest prep I take 3 daily….one with breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.

I like this line on Amazon. Super high quality extracts. Toniq Store has a lot of great extracts such as ashwagandha. One capsule is the equivalent of 19,500mg of normal powdered caps. I also use their combo product -Elixir. Really great company and saves you a lot of money. I actually researched them and asked all about their company. It was a small boutique brick & mortar shoppe in Chicago before launching on Amazon. They do not skimp on quality.

I heard this twice. I will return the KSM and maybe try the sensorial. I have been taking HUM uber energy dit has it in there but I don't think its the right clinical dose for effectiveness. I don't want to feel tired or weird. I want to feel more comfortable in my own skin.

Worth a try. I use life extension brand. I take 2 at night at the end of stressful days if I remember to do it. It has a drug like effect but is not addictive (as evidenced by my ability to completely forget about the bottle in my dresser).
