i learned this the hard way lol. ballooned up to a chubby bloated 250lbs with copious amounts of test and deca. the high blood pressure should have been a sign, but mid 20's year old me didnt care.100% this.
Makes me remember how toxic the advice used to be on forums. Everyone was constantly pushing food, food, food, and more food, as if there was no upper limit to how much you could eat. They were more or less saying drugs don’t work unless you eat 5 million calories a day. I always knew those people were idiots then and now it looks like a consensus, thankfully. It’s pretty obvious that we need a certain amount of food to grow but there are clearly diminishing returns.
I really enjoyed the podcast too.
I like nyle’s style—had a very laid back but inquisitive approach that touched on the right topics
I haven’t seen anything with Kurt havens before this podcast, but I liked a lot of what he had to say as well. Not saying I agree with everything he said, but he seems like a very smart and knowledgeable guy (but that doesn’t mean one isn’t capable of being incorrect just because they’re smart).
I thought he came off pretty good here, but also see others says his demeanor is maybe more aggressive on other interviews. maybe his demeanor was more reflective or mirrored with the style of the interviewer?
I’ll had to give some of his other stuff a listen. I don’t mind contrasting view points even if I don’t necessarily agree with everything
I met Nyle this summer in Vegas, we were both out there watching USA’s (his GF was competing)…he was a super genuine dude and I believe what you see is what you get with him…we had a really pleasant conversation. On another note, Nyle has a really good podcast going. I like his interview style and questions he asks. Not to mention he has a hot girlfriend. Happy for his success.
Not that he's agggressive per se. But he kinda came out of no where. Originally came up with the Big Paul, Chase Irons crew and immediately was kind of labeled as a "HGH Guru." Was subsequently on probably TOO MANY podcasts where he got to chime in on more things than he probably knew about.I really enjoyed the podcast too.

I see what you’re getting at. I do think training is very underrated though in the sense that I feel many really don’t prioritize it and instead hyper focus on drugs and food yet some how think they are gonna get huge training 6 reps from failureI admit it was a pedantic post, but you can grow fat by eating food and you can put on muscle by blasting some test - both without any training. I was just pointing out that you literally can grow without training or drugs, but I have doubts you can grow either fat or muscle by not eating food. Some guys have made the point you can grow in a deficit but my pedantic point is you will shrink quickly with zero food, which is not the case with zero training and zero drugs.
Absolutely. The focus on drugs is especially concerning. It seems like there’s a daily post somewhere about “what do you think about my first cycle” where this young guy is 20% body fat with zero training background. It’s a real shame. That’s why I’m so negative on social media and influencers.I see what you’re getting at. Yeah it’s bad…I haveee heard his forum is pretty terrible though. Ridiculously extreme dosages for 170lbs dudes lol

Im not a hater nor a lover of his content. Ill always listen when he chats GH but some of his other claims on drug usage, dosages, shit like that is questionable. Seems like an OK guy tho.

They also give fentanyl to burn victims but not sure it’s great for guys who just want to sit around a campfireTotally agree with this.
And yea he seems to love citing that 18iu AIDS patients study as conclusive proof high HGH doses are completely safe
