As an AZ local, I am a fan of Kyle's. He has one badass physique. He is also a great wealth of knowledge. I recall the thread that he started and selflessly shared lots of good info... that thread disappeared

Thanks everyone for the kind words and support. Its been a long and rough off season thats is for sure with plenty of injuries. After the USA i had the hernia surgery that fix that happen right before the USA last year and now dealing with a few other injuries. Its part of the game but i need to learn to have a off switch as im all out or nothing i think my body is trying to tell me something.

It will be interesting to see what i come in at and my mind plays tricks on me but i think ive added a good amount of size this year. Hoping to be about 17-20 pounds bigger than last year on stage.

I want to thank Phil and Ergopep for there support i feel its played a big role this year. Ill get more in depth with that in a little bit

Also want to thank John Meadows he has been doing my training for the past two years and everyone will see the gains come November.
