I have someone asking me about Kynoselen, seems to be kind of a super supplement for horses. I had never heard of it in all my years at the gym. Anyone have any personal experience or knowledge regarding it besides what a search reveals?
Tried it years and years ago , burned pretty bad but did help with long training days. Made a marked increase in my heart rate though , didn’t think I was gonna survive a mile and a half run in full kit but did turn in my best time!!
I’d personally use Syntheselen from Synthetek , it’s basically a human version
I have used syntheselen and find it fantastic when dieting or trying to grow lean. It gives me a nice boost in energy and well being. It's also great for improving endurance and that's the main reason they give it to horses. Look up kynoselen and syntheselen ingredients. Syntheselen won't cause muscle cramps and heart palpitations like the vet product can. Here is more info on the product...
{:en}Syntheselen reduces body fat while building muscle mass and enhancing energy. Syntheselen is an effective aid in the body’s fat loss, muscle growth and cardiovascular system improvements. It achieves this by stimulating the metabolic oxidation and energy transformation processes{:}
I think the only difference in active ingredients is that Kynoselen contains AMP and Syntheselen uses ATP. I can't say for sure the difference in effect this might produce but the amount of AMP in Kyno is only 2mg/mL. That's a very tiny amount. I believe it's the Heptaminol that's the primary ingredient in both.
Also, there's a different vet product called Enerselen that has the exact same ingredients as Syntheselen. But it's not terribly cheaper than Syntheselen.
