l-carnitine absorption

Hey guys, does anyone use oral l-carnitine ? I've read are bodies cant absorb it well. Any truth to that. Thanks

In clinical literature it seems that supplemental L-carntine has poor bioavailability. Although, in comparisons to dietary carntine, has a much higher bioavailability.

Of interest: L-carntine inhibits receptor thyroid hormone binding of the nuclei.

usually yes... Read the article on the synthek site that explains how to absorb carnitine. I am saying even injectable is only talked about in a positive light on here.
