Oral is inefficient. I only use injected.

I've been using Synthetek's Synthetine and Syntheselen ever since I found
them with great results.

You can do it IM or SQ, IM is generally smoother and more comfortable.

Oral is next to useless, everthing gets destroyed in the guts before it can
be absorbed.

He probably also told you that egg yolks and red meat are bad for you , and that any dose of testosterone is dangerous , that 75% of your daily calories should be made up from carbs.

Basicaly what im saying is that most general Dr.s are pretty dumb when it comes to bodybuilding

Yes

they can't say INJECT it, but it is Sterile.

Yes its steril and DO NOT take the cap off , its rubber backed just go through it and for god sake change the needle before you inject.
I only say that cause a budy of mine was bitching about how bad it was hurting him but he was sticking a 23g needle in and drawing out then shooting with the same one , the cap will dull the fuck out of a needle point and make the shot hurt

Can you please elaborate on the insulin spike needed? i have been injecting 800mgs every morning before cardio with only taking in 10grams of protein prior then a nice protein shake after with oats and bannana.... anyone know how long the carnitine is active for? should i be doing 2x/day inj? i made my own dilution and 1,500mgs/ml... so i only need to do 1/2cc per inj. IM...

From what Big A has posted 3iu of insulin should be enough of a spike and
injecting once or twice a day is fine either way.

On a side note, how can you have 1.5grams of something dissolved in
roughly 1 gram of fluid?

hmmm i never thought of it like that?? I got a bottle of powder that was 750mg/50ml so i added 25CC of Bac water... It is an amber bottle and looks totally dissolved.

Is 1gm 1ml? if it is does that mean 1000mg/ml is saturation level?
