I'm still a bit confused. Are you saying the carnitine is useless unless i do it with insulin? so 3iu insulin and 1mg carnitine before am cardio???

anyone elaborate on this concept? thanks!

From what Big A has posted 3iu of insulin should be enough of a spike and
injecting once or twice a day is fine either way.

On a side note, how can you have 1.5grams of something dissolved in
roughly 1 gram of fluid?

The carnitine will stay in your system for awhile. Take it post workout or something and it'll still be there to work just fine for you when you do cardio.

hmmm i never thought of it like that?? I got a bottle of powder that was 750mg/50ml so i added 25CC of Bac water... It is an amber bottle and looks totally dissolved.

Is 1gm 1ml? if it is does that mean 1000mg/ml is saturation level?

If it has 750mg in 50ml then it's only 15mg/ml once dissolved. You only used 25ml of water, so you have 30mg/ml solution.

Inj l-carnintine works fine without insulin. It just works better with insulin.

holy crap are you sure... maybe i wrote it wrong... It was from sten labs before precision broke off! You remember the one they had.... i thought i had asked that question and they said it would be 750mg/ml if i added 50cc water?? Can anyone confirm?

I just got home and looked at the bottle, it actually says 750mg per ml 60ml There was a ton of powder in there, definitely looked like GRAMS not mgs....
