L-Carnitine with mot-c for fat loss?

Im having great results with 2.5mg of Retta and 600mg of L-Carnitine in my fat loss journey. I know a lot of people run Slupp with mot-c and retta but I have had mixed results with Slupp and not sure it helped me much. I am loving the L-Carnitine and in my opinion, it kicks the shit out of slupp for fat loss. But have not tried it with Mot-C and was wondering if anyone has ran L-Carnitine, with Mot-c for fat loss with good results? Thanks in advance
 
I just started running all 3 together. I have gotten good response from SLUPP and MOTS... carnitine is the one idk makes a big difference. But if you get a good result from each of them I imagine (hoping) it is 1+1=3 situation.

Ok, you convinced me!

I do like an Acetyl-L-carnitine and L-carnitine mix so that would be my small tweak.

Can take anywhere from 400-800mg and not much of a difference to report.

How do you manage the L-car and mots-c shots with everything else?


I do daily for AAS and rotate VGs and delts. For aminos and glutathione I use glutes. For me mots-c needed to go deep glute to not have it have bad pip.

I’ll usually do l carnitine in the biceps just because I don’t do more than 1-1.5ml, rather save glutes/lats/quads for higher ml gear shots

Mots-c you can do anywhere really. It does cause irritation for me too so I avoid stomach subq, but anywhere else works.

I am also about to start all 3 of these.

I do not get any energy or endurance from it either. Nothing like the SLUPP or MOTS
 
The amount of fluid you have to inject IM daily with L-Carnitine makes it a no go for me. I did it for months and ended up with a bunch of scar tissue in my ass. Now, when I inject my TRT it feels like I am injecting through an obstacle course of scar tissue. Crunch...crunch... ugh.

Slin pins or Vet pins in shoulders and higher dosed (600mg/ml) makes it a bit more tolerable.

Tried 800mg for 3 weeks and I noticed no where near the effects Chase Irons claimed, only time the man has let me down over the last 5 years. Pinning that ED also sucks ass ontop of AAS+GH+Peptides

Not sure how you figure it was only 1cc. I purchased my l-carnitine from a board sponsor. Here are the directions: Usage: 1ml per 55lbs (25kg) of bodyweight per day. For me, that is closer to 4cc per day, EVERY day. Lots of shots with a 1" needle, lots of fluid, lots of tissue damage, so IMO the juice is not worth the squeeze with this one.
 
I see. Most people are now using between 300-600 mg a day and most suppliers have it dosed at 600 mg/ml so 1cc @600 is plenty. I use a slin pin and it’s no big deal.

Pretty sure it's placebo. I tried 600mg and didn't notice a thing. All the info I've seen shows it's really only effective IV
