they do different things.
I wouldn't stay on tudca but it might be good to cycle.

if I had a liver issue or serious stress I would do that with nac and glut :lightbulb:

Glut is fine subq. Stings briefly upon introduction, then you'll forget you shot it.

Probably lasts a little longer in the system sub Q..i Would guess.

I was doing Glut sub Q (belly fat) but get lumps in the lower stomach so I switched to upper thighs. Much better now..i Can't stand that lumpy/mushy feeling from sub Q belly injects.

FYI...anyone that tends to take alot of caffeine/Nicotine etc. to get through their hectic work days will benefit greatly from Glut.

Girth explained it very well in the Veterans supply thread. Basically the Glut "takes the stim out of you"..so to speak.

I take it EOD pre bed and it certainly does what Girth explained.
