I wouldn't stay on tudca but it might be good to cycle. if I had a liver issue or serious stress I would do that with nac and glut :lightbulb:

Girth explained it very well in the Veterans supply thread. Basically the Glut "takes the stim out of you"..so to speak. I take it EOD pre bed and it certainly does what Girth explained.
