emeric how do you do those 4 times per week? I'm always intrigued by such approaches I can never seem to moderate myself to pull it off without burning out real quick

how do you approach it? whats the split, do you rotate exercises? avoid failure, or go to failure? low volume?

This comes off like a jab at Levrone's work ethics when it comes to legs.

no jab just saying look how much better Labrada at over 5 years older and not even competing is. better condition, more detail, more muscle on the legs.

Problem with Kevin was him going from a trained to detrained state a dozen times; it worked when he was younger, but he's still human and we all age.

I commend Levrone for how insane he looked at his age given the amount of time he took off.

His comeback did real good for his supplement line; hope he doesn't feel too bad about his look on the stage.

Labrada was amazing and beautiful poser as well ........one of the most impressive guys ever imo ........His head as big for his body ....and back a little shallow to battle Haney's freaking meat cape .....but I 'd take his body at my height over just about anyone's .......The guy was perfection .......still looks fantastic .......

I like the fact your still hitting legs 4 times per week, goes against the stereotypical thought that you've gotta wind it right back as you get older

So how do you manage to hit legs that often and not crush yourself into the ground?
 
Well, to me when you look at the picture you can tell that the skin is that of an older man. At least it looks that way to me. Another thing, he isn't the kind of guy that would lie like that. No reason to do so.

This my leg rutine

Monday: Leg extension 3x 15 to 20 reps, Seated leg curls 3x 15-20 reps, Olympic barbel squats 3x 12 reps

Tuesday : Leg extension 3x 15-20 , Bulgarian 1 leg squats 3x15 reps

Wednesday Leg extension 3x15 -20 reps, seated leg curls 3x15-20

Friday Leg extension 3x 15 to 20 reps, Seated leg curls 3x 15-20 reps, Olympic barbel squats 3x 12 reps.
